Little Dipper-Night Sea Heirloom Lace

Night Sea Lace Pottery is made one at a time using the drape-molding slab method- an absolute labor of love! Imperfections such as minor warping, slight glaze color variations and non-factory-made shapes and sizes are the true nature of individually handmade pottery and are not to be considered flaws. Therefore each item will look approximately like the photos presented. The smooth charcoal colored area shows a semi-matte, marble-stone effect while the laceprint area is a blend of steel and sapphire blue. The stripe in the middle gives a hint of glowing moonlight reflected on foam. These colors are chameleons, changing a bit depending on how heavily the glazes are applied and how bright the display setting and background is.
